Shipping & Delivery
Indonesia – We ship orders via http://www.jne.co.id and international rates are upon request.
International – We ship orders via EMS Pos Indonesia (http://ems.posindonesia.co.id/) for all shipping overseas. For Singapore addresses, we use MBC Express Shipping which offers more affordable shipping fee.
We only process your order during our working days, from Monday to Friday. We ship every day except on Sundays.
Return & Exchange
We accept returns for EXCHANGE up to 14 days from the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted if clothing is unworn and unwashed with all tags attached. Please email marketing@iconic-kids.com with details on exchanging your item. Customers will be responsible for return shipping to Iconic Kids. Once received, your exchange will be shipped free of charge.
